Getting bummed watching others loose

I've been at this weight loss/exercise/eat healthier thing for 5 month, and lost 31 lbs, and I feel a much, much better. I am working really, really hard at it. I exercise an 1 1/2 - 2 hours a day. And working at learning to eat better, and stay under my calories goal most days.

I have been feeling good about the progress, until this month, I know people who are using "body by Vi" and they are loosing weight and inches like crazy, and posting their losses daily on facebook. I have to keep telling myself, what I am doing is healthier and will last longer, not to mention cheaper.....over and over i just keep repeating it,

    You have done a fantastic job! Keep at it, and you will see the scale move again. I know its hard seeing other loose, maybe you could try what they are doing? I am not familiar as to what body by V is...but hey..if its working....

    I agree. Keep at it. In the long run, you will maintain weight better.
