anyone help combat tiredness?
I sleep well but when i exercise in the morning - like today i went out for a nice 4 mile run - I'm totally shattered around 2pm i could actually go to bed right now. It's the same when i do a workout dvd, i'm fine for an hour or two after the workout then I'm exhausted. Is there anyway i can try to combat this? thanks in…

Just started JM's Body revolution today, i've just completed day 1 by doing the workout 1 and cardio 1. I've not done any exercise for around a month and a half and so now i'm dying on the sofa lol! Looking forward to working with Jillian for the next few months :D

I like it....
Black no sugar, 1 heaped teaspoon, topped up with cold water so i can drink it straight away. I dont like it filtered, i like instant. I have to drink lots of it, at least 5 cups a day mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm coffee!!

50 lbs lost FINALLY!
So 18 months ago i was 220lbs and a Uk size 22 I'm now 170lbs and a Uk 14 and this morning i am a very happy lady :) this is me at my heaviest and me now and its all thanks to good friends and MFP no fad diets just sensible eating and good exercise! Happy sunday everyone :)

Best bread recipe for breadmaker
