  • Got our two mile trip planned, taking the kiddos with me so my four year old is gonna wil and hop in the buggy if he needs to and my 5 year old is going to cycle I'll be pushing my 2 week old and having her in the carrier too! Looking forward to it!

  • when i first started zumba i was getting a 500-600 calorie burn each class, now i barely get 200-300. so i would definitely recommend a hrm because you do get used to a workout (even zumba) so you calorie burn will reduce after a while going. hth
  • I just did the Insanity fit test and been out shopping to get some good foods. I found the food suggestions really simple and easy for this program, p90x and other programs i've done before seem to have complicated menus or stuff i (as a fussy eater) dont like :) Might actually do day 1 tonight when the kids are in bed

  • you know i had a really bad cold and chest/sinus infection last 10 days but i was still really cautious about what i ate yet i gained a pound! maybe its a defense mechanism? well thats what i'm telling myself anyway lol! i've already lost back that pound though so i'm happy.
