  • I was 100% the same when i decided to try jogging! 60 seconds used to be my max then i started doing the c25k (i havent completed it to date yet because i tend to get the running bug in the winter time.) and now i can jog for around 15 mins at a time. c25k is a really really great program, cant recommend it enough.

  • if you wanna strip fat then lift the heaviest weight you can until you cant lift no more :) if you dont lift as heavy as you can, your not asking your muscles to change therefore doing nothing!
  • practice makes perfect! when i started with the workout dvds i was ungainly, uncoordinated and just looked down right stupid! i could walk for days after working out BUT the more i did the better i did, now i can even keep up with p90x ! !! so keep at it, you'll get there and when you do you'll feel amazing!

  • my youngest was born sept 11th, i was aiming for the 9th because it would've been 9-9-9 but he decided 9/11 was more memorable. people say to me "oh poor kid noone will forget his birthday will they?"
  • I didnt fill mine in until recently, maybe last month, i really didnt know what to say about myself. i've been serious as you can see from my ticker and i've been logging now 100+ days so i suppose its personal choice. maybe people start up and think "i'll fill it in later" then forget all about it
