ok i know this has been done to death BUT

I've searched and read up on this a lot and i'm just ever so slightly stuck on this - when adjusting your protein intake on MFP (as mine is stupidly low) should it be 1-1.5g protein per lb of your weight OR per lb of your lean weight (i.e not taking into account your fat weight).

see i know what my lean weight is.

so just wondering really, going to reset the settings on my file now and just wanna make sure i do it right - cos i hate seeing red on my daily food log!
