50 lbs lost FINALLY!

So 18 months ago i was 220lbs and a Uk size 22 I'm now 170lbs and a Uk 14 and this morning i am a very happy lady

this is me at my heaviest



and me now



and its all thanks to good friends and MFP no fad diets just sensible eating and good exercise!
