Running / Training - How often?
I work out regularly: 6x a week for an hour each for the past 4 months. I started the C25k running program a few weeks ago. The program has 3 workouts a week. I was wondering if it would be okay to do the workouts more than 3x a week? Say 4 or 5? Each workout lasts about a half hour anyway. Does anyone here do that?

Is This a Plateau?
I've been counting my calories (although not very strictly) and working out religiously for the past year. I've lost inches, and I've gone down 2 dress sizes. But my weight hasn't changed at all. Swimming with Polar F6
Does anyone else here own a Polar F6 HRM, and have you tried swimming with it? I've read elsewhere that people wear it when they do laps at the pool, and I want to try and use it when I go swimming so it counts as my workout for the day.

"Rest" Days (Food)
I know a lot of people who have "rest" days, or days off when they don't watch their diet or calories, or they eat whatever they want. Does anyone here do this, and is it recommended to have one?
