I work out regularly: 6x a week for an hour each for the past 4 months. I started the C25k running program a few weeks ago. The program has 3 workouts a week. I was wondering if it would be okay to do the workouts more than 3x a week? Say 4 or 5? Each workout lasts about a half hour anyway. Does anyone here do that?

I would say that if you workout regularly 6x a week you would be fine. The couch to 5k routine is really for beginners who have little to no experience running. It's designed to get you running 30-45 minutes straight to complete a 5k race. If you are working out for an hour each workout you could handle doing them more.0
