Frustrated! Need advice
I have been doing crossfit workouts for the past 3 years but lately I have been packing on the pounds. I am frustrated.......what should I change? Workout or food?

Change my settings?
I have lost about 3 lbs since I started this at the beginning of October. I am thinking I should change my goal to 1/2 lb a week. I had it set to a pound a week but the weight has been SLOW coming off. I only need to lose 10 lbs. Thoughts anyone?

After a lot of research & talking to various friends/trainers, I think I am going to eliminate gluten/wheat/grains from my diet. Logging Exercise?
I do a crossfit workout 2 x a week with a trainer. It is high intensity but fast.....how should I count it? I have been counting it as "circuit training, general" but it just seems like it is more intense than that. What do you think? I know I need to get a HRM but I am on a budget right now & I put that on my birthday…

Not losing at all! Look at my diary...suggestions?
Ok, so I know I don't always eat the right things ( I LOVE peanut butter!) and sometimes I skip dinner because I binge eat in the afternoons but I work out A LOT!! and I have not lost a pound. Look at my diary...anybody have any suggestions?

1/2 Marathon--NERVOUS!
For the past 4 years, I have run the Rock and Roll 1/2 Marathon. This year, I just didn't enter it. This week, I decided I needed some training motivation so I am entering it. The bad news is that I only have a month to train. I have to get on the fast track to training....any advice?
