Logging Exercise?

I do a crossfit workout 2 x a week with a trainer. It is high intensity but fast.....how should I count it? I have been counting it as "circuit training, general" but it just seems like it is more intense than that. What do you think?
I know I need to get a HRM but I am on a budget right now & I put that on my birthday list so I have to do the best I can till I get one.

I think that for circuit training you are pretty much as close as you are going to get with out a heart rate monitor.0

I would just to continue to log it as you are and save up for an HRM. It is better to under estimate than over. At least IMHO.0
