After a lot of research & talking to various friends/trainers, I think I am going to eliminate gluten/wheat/grains from my diet.

I have some symptoms of gluten intolerance, but don't really want to go to the dr. My friend said "what is the worst that could happen if you try it?" LOSE A FEW POUNDS!!

Does anybody have any suggestions or recipes to try that are gluten free? I have young children that enjoy baking so I don't want to deny them their treats but I will make the changes with them too.
