30 Day Progress Pics
It's my 30 day mark with P90X TODAY! I measured and took my pictures! I lost 9 inches total from my waist, hips, & legs! I gained 1 inch total in my biceps, I gained 1 pound (muscle), and my body fat went from 17.8% to 14.8% - I'm so excited for the next 30 days!
