I usually have 1,600-1,800 calories/day. Some days I eat back 1/2 my exercise calories but 1,800 is the maximum amount I eat. It's because the last two pics were taken in the mirror so the pics are backwards. His tattoo is STILL THERE. Just covered somewhat by his arm. I wish I could figure out how to delete this post. People are freaking critical and rude!
