any ideas help 2000 calorie a day?
My trainer just put me on a 2000 calorie a day with 200gms carbs 200gms protein a day and 44gms of fat. at 5 meals 400 calories each. He wants me to eat 5 , but said I could drink 2 eat 3. Please need a meal plan to meat my carb intake with clean eating and protein.

I was doing 45 minutes of weights, followed with 30 minutes cardio 4 x a week and insanity workout in the afternoons 5 days a week, I didn't loose any weight ( in fact went from 105 to 108) and only lost maybe a half inch and started feeling really run down. Weight gain on insanity
I have gained 4lbs since starting the insanity workout I am on day 6. Could it be because i stopped doing weights 3 days a week and my normal cardio 2 days a week. I am frustrated i weigh more now then i have in 3 years. Any ideas on the weight gain?
