Tips to cut junk!!!
Hi, anyone know any good tips to help stay clear of junk food. When its in front of me i really struggle to say no! Then i have one thing and next thing im 600cals up! Anyone else like this? I need to be strong and learn to say no i guess! Where i work there is sweets & cakes EVERYWHERE!!

Weigh ins?
How often should i weigh to see my progress.. I dont think i believe in daily weigh ins.. Seems a little obsessive. Weekly or 2 weekly? Any advice?

I've started MFP, i like walking but is it enough? Do i need to do toning exercises etc?

Few queries about alcohol. Can anyone recommend what to drink for diet purposes and offer some calorie advice. Thanks. I know it's a no no when dieting but I can't cut it.
