hi ladies.. Just curious to how many cals you all eat daily.

1500. this is my magic number where i dont feel like im on a diet. allows me acouple snacks a day. i tried 1200 and just couldnt stick to it. rather lose a bit slower and stick to it than lose fast for a month and then binge cus im starving lol!

My average intake for the past 30 days is 1982 calories. That is total calories though. My NET goal on MFP is 1230 currently.
Currently losing roughly 1.2lbs per week according to trendweight.com. :drinker:0 -
I'm at 1200. 44yo, 5'3", with ~40 lbs to lose. It is enough for me... I eat very nutrient-dense foods, generally. Have lost 7lbs in the past 30 days.0

Usually about 1700-1800 a day. If it's a rest day then high 1400's-1500.0

Just had surgery and was on a weight loss weightlifting plan (can no longer lift) so 1200 for now.0

Not necessarily maintenance. I'm close to 2000 calories on average and losing a little over 1lb per week. However, I lift and I am also doing a C25k program. I also will walk my boys to the park when it's nice out and sometimes I will even walk to the stores (to walmart & back makes a nice 4 mile round trip not including walking around the store).0 -
