This is probably a really simple question but just wondering what the best foods are that have little/low amounts of sugar in them, but are higher in calories? Please help. :)

Going over my MFP protein intake?
I've noticed almost every day I've been going completely over my protein intake to the goals that MFP have given me. I've been sticking to all my other goals though (carbs, sugar, sodium, etc) but I was wondering if it's necessarily a bad thing to be going over protein so much? Thanks.
