I lost 10 kilos in just under 3 months, but it would really depend on your frame. I'm 5'4 and used to weigh 83kg and do a lot of sitting around usually during the day. All I did was I started going to the gym between once to three times a week, started strength training, cutting out almost all sugar, and made sure I hit my…

Boyfriend keeps commenting on me looking different and asking about my progress, which makes me happy cos I know it's working. And although technically not today but I finally joined a gym that was offering a really good promotion (after weeks of trialling different ones) AND the other day I fit into a top that I couldn't…

Yeah, my weight was on the exact same number for a while (I was starting to think my scale was broken), so I heard upping calories might help, and went from 1200 a day to about 1600 all week - checked the scales this morning and bam another pound lost. Looks like I'm going to be sticking to this :)

Yep. I had to eat pizza yesterday (free food at work, I was hungry, forgot to bring something healthier) and now today I am definitely not handling it...

- Bought size 12 bathers and a size 12 bra in the same day. - Getting frustrated over my weight staying EXACTLY THE SAME but then I measured up and lost a cm or two on my neck, waist and hips. - Suddenly lifting heavy things at work doesn't seem so bad since I've been hitting the weights. :) Slowly but surely, I am getting…

Bump!

Go to the beach in a two piece bikini is definitely one. Get as many photos as I can. Get my photographer boyfriend to take more photos of me. :)

Congrats! My NSV for yesterday was going shopping - bought a new pair of bathers AND a new sports bra both down a size. I think that's a sign that there is progress! :D

Yesterday I went to a party, had my dinner beforehand, and didn't eat any snacks off the table, said "no" to a slice of cake and stuck to water the whole night.

Run for 10 minutes straight.

I would suggest to leave. If my partner was treating me like that I would not be able to spend a day longer with them.

Fresh fruit!

Size 8 or 10 (which is a 4 or 6 in US). I hate being a size 14 because it's too big for "normal" clothes shops, but too small for plus size shops. I can never find the exact clothes I want.

No. My dad gets really offended when I refuse to eat what he's prepared for dinner and make my own healthy dinner instead. Mum is happy to see me exercising and eating well again, but I was hoping to be a good influence on them both but instead they're eating McDonalds and pizza at home, AROUND ME. *sigh* My boyfriend…

I don't let my period stop me from doing my exercise. I do get more fatigued, so I just take it easier, but that doesn't mean I should stop exercising altogether.

Bump

My waist suddenly dropped a lot of cm's. Also my collarbones became more prominent, and also my arms and thighs.
-
Another one! My collarbones are way more prominent today :)

I love my boyfriend, he has been nothing but supportive and amazing to me. He's always liked the way I look and calls me beautiful nearly every day, and when I started getting back into working out and eating better, he has been SO supportive. It's so great having somebody to talk to about food and fitness without feeling…

I bought this dress a while ago that fit really nicely for my figure. Months later I gained weight and Mum saw me wearing it and told me that I looked pregnant in it, which of course really upset me. One month back into my attempt at kicking this weight, I'm wearing the same dress and my stomach looks a lot flatter, and…

A good workout playlist.

I started getting crippling depressive and anxiety symptoms over the last year and everywhere I looked for help, the first piece of advice was to change your lifestyle, exercise more and eat healthier. So I said *kitten* it, and I did. I haven't had any major symptom since, so instead of thinking about my appearance, I am…

Yes. But I've noticed I feel more exhausted when I'm on it, so I take it easy.

I was excited to find out that my go-to choice at Nandos is a pita wrap that's only 325 calories, but if I was to get regular sized fries with it, it'll be an extra 600-700 calories!!! And then I would always buy a bottle of coke with that too. No wonder I was gaining weight -_- I went to Nandos the other day and got just…

Anxiety problems where I would comfort eat, drinking more alcohol than I ever have in the last year, getting jobs where I am sedentary most of the day, and also entering a happy relationship where I stopped caring about my appearance and would also overeat/drink when I'm being social.
-
Nope. Since I know exactly what my mood is like during that week, why would I make it worse by seeing my weight go up? :P I wait until near the end, which is usually where my weight goes back to normal, and then I start weighing myself daily again.

I have this snack that always fills me up. I get 2 light cruskits, about 50ish grams of cottage/ricotta cheese and put some slices of tomato on top. With some salt/pepper, it's delicious, and is only about 100 calories. The biggest mistake I made so far was when I was out shopping and was starving so I was in a rush and…

I've cut out sugar (as in, adding sugar to my coffee/tea) and I think that has had a huge impact on me. I also very seldom drink soft drink now. There is pretty much no junk food in my house anymore, and if I ever do have some I always make sure I'm still within my calorie intake. I rarely have the opportunity to get any…
-
Yes! This website is the answer that I've been looking for. I am almost always at my computer and having something right there where I can track my intake is brilliant. I have an awful memory and can't estimate things very well, so having something right there to record my food and exercise is great. I can also plan my…

I started off with a higher calorie goal because I weighed more (It would have been roughly 1400+). The loss was happening when I was still eating that much and exercising. Since then, I had lost roughly 8 kilos (18 pounds) and have been changing my goals every time I lost about a kilo or so, and my calorie goal would…
