blood pressure question
Has anyone ever gotten off blood pressure meds by 1. weight loss alone 2. reduced sodium intake alone, and if so how much did you have daily? 3. or did you have to do a combo of both? Question for the ladies about......eek..... cellulite
Has anyone had any experience with cellulite diminishing on its own from weight loss alone? I know there is no magic cure for cellulite and Ive even heard that sometimes weight loss can make it worse, so does anyone have any first hand experience with this? Thanks

I been thinking about some type of small inexpensive rewards for some of the smaller weight loss goals along the way. Does anyone else do this, and if so do you do it every 5, 10, 15 etc.?
