Is it impossible to exercise TOO much??
l lost 5 pounds the FIRST 3 days but now Im just going up and down...what the heck!?? It's fraustrating!! Im starting to wonder IF maybe Im exercising too much, if that's possible. I put in only exercising 3 times a week and I've done it every day. So Im wondering if Im burning too many calories and not eating enough...?…

Okay Im new at this....When people say they "bumped" a recipe, does that mean they save it? Is there a place where we can save them? I see on "My home" a section for recipes, but I have to type in all the food....Am I missing something?
