Might get on MFP again-did you leave and get back on it?
I was on MFP last year and I was doing well but I guess I got lazy and tired of tracking everyday so I quit and of course the weight slowly crept back on. I liked MFP because I feel like it obviously kept me accountable for what I was eating and I also didn't feel too deprived, I could still eat the foods I liked within…

Anyone use this site and NOT TRACK their food/calories?
Ok, I will admit it, I am not a fan of tracking my food/calories. My husband wants to stop tracking as well. I guess we both don't like doing it, not sure why, maybe it's tedious? I know it's simple and easy to do but for whatever reason we don't like doing it. He wants to try just eating healthier, doing portion control…

Do you have an eating cut off time? if so, when?
Just wondering if you have an eating cut off time and if so when do you stop eating for the day? Do you feel that your cut off time has helped in your weight loss? I really don't have a time just yet, sometimes I stop eating after dinner (we have dinner around 6PM) but sometimes I have a 100 calorie snack in the evening…

I guess it's true that any plan works if you stick with it, moment you get off the plan and starting eating whatever you want, the weight will probably…

Do you feel like MFP is the plan for you that works?
Just wondering if anyone feels like they really can't do weight loss without using MFP? Have you tried losing weight without it and find yourself having to get back on MFP? I just wanted to know how many people feel that they definitely need MFP to be successful with weight loss?

Was doing well, now I'm not as motivated:/
I was just wondering if any of you have used MFP with success and find when you are off of it that you start to gain the pounds back? If so, do you find that being on MFP is really the only thing that works for you and that tracking makes you accountable? I was doing really well on it (I had lost 16lbs at one point!) but…
