Gained some weight back because I quit tracking:/

Well, I've learned the hard way that if I am not tracking on MFP that I will gain some of the weight back. Ugh....it was so discouraging to step on that scale this morning. I guess it's true that any plan works if you stick with it, moment you get off the plan and starting eating whatever you want, the weight will probably come back on. Boo....Trying not to beat myself up over it. Today is a new day and a fresh start, I'm going to start tracking again. Apparently that is the only thing that helps keep me in line and accountable!

I agree with you about tracking, I was go over a weekend trip with my husband and did the best I could but I estamated mostof my meals for the weekend, and this morning I was up like 4 lbs, I think its water weight more thana anythin cause I ate alot of ham and salty popcorn, when I at home I can plan and make it to the T... dont be to hard on yourself cause we all have been there just dig in and get back on track and the scale will move once again!! please feel free to add me , can never have enough support!! larabell0

I find that if I don't track I feel guilty, however for me this is a life style change so no foods are off limits to me. I have had success so far and I watch my portion size, and have a balance with protein, carbs, fruit and vegtables. And I just keep moving. Mostly walking and one day a week at a zumba class at the Y. I know I did not get this way over nite and I will not see results overnite, but just making better choices and breaking bad habits is what I focus on. WE all have those bad days its when you don't get up and try again and learn from it, is what makes you fail. I guess the word FAIL is what scares us all. I could not be doing this with all the support and Ideas I get on here. So feel free to add if you want and remember if you make this more of a lifestyle change it will last a life time.0
