Hey Polar HRM ppl
I most likely will be off to the shops tomorrow to upgrade my F7. Now they have a nice red one for the women I like a lot better then the black, but then I also like the mens black and red. Now think there would be much difference if I grabbed the mens over the womens if they don't have the red??

Ok have a quick question with those that have Polar's. Mine is the F7, now seems lately there is something not right while exercising. It is not picking up my HR. I changed the battery in the strap thought that fixed it but it is acting up again. Think it could be the watch itself??

weights machines

would you add walking??
I mean I walk 5x a week doing a school run drop off and pick up. I used my android app and it's a 2k walk to the school and home again. So all up about 4k a day. But it's a slow walk with a 5yo on the way to school and pushing a pram. But without the 5yo I do go quicker. I think the polar gave me a reading of 150cals for…

Running on grass??
Ok I'm currently training myself to run a 4k. Now on Wednesdays when I am kidless ( oh ya!! :bigsmile: ) I run around my local footy oval. Now I've been running around on the grass part now is that harder to run on?? Should I be running on the footpath would that be a bit easier??

Butter or marg??
What is your thought on this?? I've read that marg is like plastic or something like that really bad for you, but then butter is high in cals and other stuff. Other spreads don't seem to have any taste so what do you use??

Just signed up today. I am a 34 yo mum to 2 boys. I am looking to lose quite a bit yet, and have lost 14kgs so far. But lately seems to have a stand still driving me nuts.
