Ok so Monday I have thrown some of those weights machines into my gym routine.( Arms are still sore lol)

My question is doing these on back to back days is bad eah??

This is my week

Monday- Gym
Tuesday- School
Wednesday- Running outside ( no kids)
Thursday- Gym
Friday- Gym

also those days I walk 4k taking my oldest to school then pick up.

Weekend is relax time with hubby and kids, we will go swimming and that but nothing out there.

My thing is would it be bad to hit the weight Thurs&Fri. as I heard should have rest day in between.

thnx

Nah. You can focus on different muscle groups on those days. ex--bicep/tricep, quads/hamstrings on Thurs and back/chest, calves on Friday.

    Hey :)

This totally depends on what exactly your are training on these days!

I would recommend doing a two-day split and visiting the gym three days a week.
    E.g.
Day 1: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders and Abs
Day 2: Back & Biceps, little Leg-Workouts and Abs.

Just alternate these days and you'll be fine.
Of course it would be better for you to rest every other day, but as you concentrate on different muscles this would be fine going on Thursday and Friday :)

    Nice bonus-effect.
If you stick to your plan the weekdays always change.

    TH d2
    FR d1
    MO d1
    ...

That is another irritation for your muscles...don't ever let them get used to the stress. :)
