This is what I do 10 mins on the cross trainer Upper Body- Gravitron Tricep Dips, Gravitron Chin ups, Supported mid-row, Upright Row, Seated Chest Press, Tricep pressdowns Medicine ball rotations. Each of those will be 4 sets 12 reps, 10 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps Then finish off with my run on the treadmill about 20 mins and…

I just go by distance really. I'm still quite heavy soso I would rather go the distance at a slower speed knowing I'll get quicker as time goes by.

haha it is a bit of a thankless job. I cook all the time...but I like cooking. Then there's laundry and that is never ending. Plus things with the kids- school stuff/daycare things. you know what eat your lean cuisine I know I do. If you are in the hunt for a quick meal which is the better option?? A) stopping by some fast food thing on the way home or B) chucking a Lean Cuisine or similar in the Micro?? I think most ppl would say lean cuisine ya?? Everything in moderation..............

Ya kinda in the same boat here, I do let my kids have some junk food and that stuff but for the most part they love healthy food as well. I Can't get my 2yo to stop eating apple out of the fridge. In this house we have a bit of everything, but there's a time and place for that.

Love it!! I just got mine about 2 weeks ago. Before that tho I had the polar F7 so I upgraded mine. In fact my F7 is still working just needs a replacement chest strap, the rest of it is ok. I just wanted the newer one lol

I like this lol As others have said seems like everything is bad for us now a days due to studies. :wink: Everything in moderation I say. As far as Stevia I found it bitter was not fond of it I just use the Low GI sugar. Logicane stuff here in Aus.

OMG really........ OP I say Drink your Tea!!! I drink a few cups a day with skim milk and a low gi type sugar. I have tried those herbal teas and tried without milk and sugar and just can't do it. For me it's one of lifes little pleasures, after the kids are in bed relaxing with a nice cuppa and a TV show. Nothing wrong…

I have those 3/4 legging with the moisture wick thingy. And just a baggy T-Shirt. I prob should't wear the leggings being a tad big still but they are comfy for me and better then shorts riding up between my legs while running.

I only add when it's a good clean hard type of house clean. I don't count my everyday mum cleaning/washing etc that I do. I don't even add everywhere I walk. I mean i don't drive so if I go somewhere it's on foot. Could easly add up exercise cals that way.

Yup I eat bread. But stick to grainy rye types of bread the lower GI stuff. I try not to stay away from certain types of food, food is food I just need to learn control and portion.

This pretty much. I like being able to keep track of my workouts, seeing the same routine is done but my cals burned are dropping I need to switch it up or work harder etc. Plus I'm one of the cool ones at the gym b/c not many use them that I've seen lol

Does the HRM have the chest strap?? May seem high but could be right wouldn't be surprised, but if you are not wearing the strap not sure
