Got the Polar FT4M Heart Rate Monitor
I just got the Polar FT4M HRM...anyone use this model? Do you only wear it to workout? Could you wear it all day to get a cal burn for the day?? Has it been helpful in reaching your goals?

Could Walden Farms products be the sabotage?
I have been using Walden FArms products for the last bit. The caramel dip in oats, caramel syrup in greek yogurt...any thoughts on what effect these products have on weight loss? For my cardio, 3 times per week I will do HIIT. The numbers of cals burned ie. on the machine are only like 200+- for 20minutes on the stationary bike. Same thing for the weight training. I train 4 days per week for 45 minutes per session. How many cals am I burning in effect AFTER the sessions? My question is if my "goal…
