Help with food diary

Can some fellow members take a look at my food diary and let me know what you think?
I work out 6 days per week:
3 days weights
2 days High Intensity Interval training for 30 min
4 days Bikram Yoga or 90 minutes
I have not been able to lose a pound for so long. i am in my home stretch of max 15lbs to lose.
Please help if you can.

Your diary looked really good. Your exercise seems fine, too. If you are not losing, you either need to eat a little less calories or exercise a little more. Eating less calories doesn't mean less food, just more nutritious.0

what is your weekly weight loss goal set at? maybe its too high... try changing it to 1 lb or .5 lb per week?
or maybe with your high intensity workouts you arent eating enough.0 -
I would like to lose .5-1 lb per week. I think I may not have been eating enough before. I am gonna try to be diligent and see where it takes me.0
