1 lbs = 10 calories????
So I decided to change my profile goals on MFP from a 2 lbs loss to a 1 lbs loss, thinking maybe I wasn’t eating enough calories. Exercise question: seeking exercise savvy people
Ok, so I’d like to know if it is better to workout twice a week for two hours or four times a week for an hour? Or is four hours a week still four hours a week either way? I’m referring to cardio/toning and not weight lifting.
