Can I trust my treadmill?
I know that the MFP calorie calculations are rather higher than what one actually burns working out, but what about my treadmill? How accurate are the calories-burnt information on exercise machines?

Did you gain after upping calories? When does it stop??
I'm 5'8" 165lbs and I recently plateaued so I upped my calories from 1,550 to 1,750 after hours of reading and researching about BMR and TDEE, etc. I didn't usually eat all of my workout calories back but now I've started to which means I'm consuming about 1,950 everyday. Hello all who are shredding! How do you add your workout calories for the day after doing a 30 day shred work out since it's not an option under the cardio exercise on this site? What should I put it down as so I know what my work out calories are? Thanks! :)

To JIllian or not to Jillian?
I'm getting bored with my workout routine and I'm thinking of trying Jillian's 30-day Shred. I'm worried that there are tons of lunges though and I don't do lunges because my knees want to pop out. Any feedback?
