Who is telling you what you "should" weigh?
How much should I weigh anyways? I've always used BMI charts for answering "what I should weigh", but I also know BMI doesn't account for muscle mass. I've started insanity before when I first bought it (almost a year ago) but ran into some knee pain.....long story short, I'm cleared from physical therapy and ready to go!!
