My profile doesn't tell me how much total weight I've lost so far?
Every time I add my weight and I've lost weight it doesn't post my status saying I've lost X amount of weight so far, it only says I've lost so much since my last weigh in. I've already reset my goal a couple of times but this won't change. Help!

I hear eating spicy foods like chili peppers will kick your metabolism up a notch, but will putting lots of chili powder on my food instead of the actual chili have the same effect on my metabolism? Thanks if anyone has an answer for me!

I love my desserts but sometimes I just hate seeing my calories go to the very last point, I like to have a big chunk of calories left over at the end of the day. Anyone have any yummy low-cal chocolate, or really any dessert recipes I can try? Definitely chocolate though! Thanks!
