Snacks/food low in points
I was looking for some snacks that are low in points that I can eat that are filling and pretty healthy. I went and bought a bag of sunchips (any flavor) they are 140 cals/6 fat/ 3 fiber 3 points for 15 grain chips that are really good and it was a filling snack! whoever thought chips would fill you up? Hi, I am looking to lose about 76 lbs. Started the WW PP plan but it did not work for me. I am doing the original Points system on my own, and Using mfp to calculate my nutrients. I just joined weight watchers and I use it along w/ mfp to keep track of my nutrition. I have a general question, how many servings of free foods are we to eat each day? what should be the limit. mfp shows im under calories which is good, but I know there has to be some kind of limit right?
