I weigh a lot so I get 35 points per day but Im alway starving at the end of the day so i need to eat more fiber and hopefully stay full longer, if I use my 35 weekly points i won't be so hungry so i am glad those are there.. do you know what you are having?

I would pay WW to continue to use their services if they ever went back to the old program, but I am already down 4 lbs just by starting WW momentum again in the last 2 weeks! not much but more than on this site counting calories!! do you know by chance how many 0 point foods we can eat on momentum per day?

lower carb diets work, but your body needs a balance of carbs and proteins. there are pros and cons of each side and not every method works for everyone. I also use that same application on my phone! I do use my 35 weekly points. Its my way of rewarding myself for doing good all week

Well great, I have one person with me!!! I love MFP and all but I find to be more successful doing the old WW plan b/c I know it works. I just ordered the materials from ebay for a really cheap price and I am really excited to get back into it.

Im reading the WW book at it states to eat as much as you would like.. I will just use both mfp and WW for a month together to see how they compare... my WW points I get 35 and mfp gives me 1800 cals per day. thanks for your help! (not including the extra weekly points given)

sorry I should have been more precise.. how many servings of "free foods like fruits/ veggies" should I consume with the WW plan.. mfp is very explanatory and I really appreciate that!

I go to a 45 min zumba class twice per week and each time I burn around 400 cals.. it depends on how hard u are dancing and how much u weigh.
