How do YOU set your MFP goals?
So I've been at this MFP thing for quite awhile, and I consider myself successful. However... I have a question. A friend of mine gave me the DVD's and I'm going to start this today. I have the fitness guide, but it shows 6 days a week as the exercises??? I was told its a 3 day a week program... And can anyone shed some light on if weights are needed? Thanks!

Struggling.. .ugh... (pics)
I've been at this for almost 3 years now... Trying my damndest to get this weight off. I started at 330lbs, I got down to 211 lbs, and right now I'm sitting at 225 lbs. I cant seem to get rid of these last 50ish lbs. I keep sabotaging myself with junk... cookies, cupcakes, chips, Halloween candy... etc. Ugh... I do good…
