Grilled salmon- WTF are the cals
Hi! I am so confused about salmon calories. Today I went to a restaurant where the menu item was grille salmon- 10 oz. That's way too much. But I could not stop myself because it really did not seem very big at all. It seemed like it was very lightly grilled in oil. Can anyone guess how many calories this would be?

BBG and Bulky Legs
I generally have the problem of bulky legs. Even when I get really thin and even too thin, my legs are huge. I started doing BBG because I wanted the toned look, but my legs have just gotten really thick! Anyone else deal with this or have advice? x

Lean Protein Sources
I'm looking for suggestions on adding variety to lean protein sources. I feel like I am constantly consuming shakes (not whey), egg whites, fish, and chicken. Any plant sources of protein that I should try? PS how do vegetarians get protein?

BBG to maintain but tone up.
Hi all, I'm 5'7'' and 121 pounds and just started Kayla Itsines's BBG training. I started with the pre-training because I only do (tons of) cardio and have zero strength. Has anyone else done this?
