Planet Fitness Yay or Nay?
A new Planet Fitness is opening in my area next week. They are offering $1 to join $10/month. I loathe gyms, I've had some bad experiences at them so what type of gym is it & is the personnel trained or is it just a pick up joint for all the members?

My youngest son likes to rub my belly while we are reading stories & cuddling before nap. Today before nap he told me he can no longer sing the jello song (watch it wiggle it, see it jiggle) because my belly doesn't jiggle like it use to & it was getting flat like his. :happy: :laugh:

Need to increase my protein intake
Hi, I've realized I am not meeting my daily protein needs/goals. I'm getting kind of sick of omelets & scrambled eggs. Anyone have suggestions for higher protein foods that are NOT soy based? thanks!

Why is too much fiber a negative
So MFP has my recommended fiber at 20g...which by everything I've heard/read is TOO low. I try to get 25-30g a day. In my totals on MFP that's seen as a negative & it's in red....took me a few days to realize I was over my limit & not under MFP limit of 20g Ya know, the big negative sign in front of it had me thinking it…

Just joined & not sure where to start
So I just joined & I'm not even sure where to begin. I'm turning 41 next month. I'm at my heaviest (unless you count 4 yrs ago when I was pregnant & weighed 8 more lbs than I do now).
