Thanks for all the replies! Think I'm going to wait, I was really hoping to take some yoga classes too & it's been YEARS, YEARS since I weight lifted or even been around equipment, think I would benefit from someplace with more structure

Yep, I'm beginning to think it's an addiction. he gave up smoking three times in the past 7 yrs & all 3 times he started snacking more. If you have a low thyroid it will take a while for the medicine to kick in (think 4+ weeks) & it might need to be adjusted until your tests are in the 'normal' range. I'll need to look for this brand, I've got some from Sam's Club or Aldi's & I don't think they had that much protein. We also bought some flounder (the kids didn't like the tilapia too much) & they didn't have a whole lot...actually their weren't very filling at all

I'm glad I'm not the only one (I HATE sweating) & I dread going to a gym now. but what I DO like is dancing. I only buy ground turkey now. I'm able to get 5lbs for 2.35 a lb at Sam's club; much cheaper than any beef around here. It takes less time to cook & can dry out quicker if you are browning it.
