looking for more friends

I've been on MFP for about 4 months & I'm looking for more friends.
I'm looking to lose about 75lbs but have set up my ticker to follow smaller goals.
I'm trying to not see this as a diet but a life style change.......and this has been difficult the past month.
Somehow my view changed from what I can have to what I can't have .
I am currently trying to get my depression under control
In real life I have no support from family or friends.
I can be sarcastic as hell, but that has bitten me in the *kitten* a few too many times so yeah, I might seem boring in my posts
I'm a late night snacker & I'm trying to break that bad habit; or at least find something healthier (low calorie, low sugar) to replace my normal chocolate....I will never completely give up chocolate. I plan to live for the next 40yrs & can't see chocolate NOT being there LOL
I'm having issues getting off my *kitten* and exercising (see depression above) I won't judge diaries, might ask for a recipe though.

I too enjoy many late night snacks. I been at it for 2 weeks now and that to me is the hardest part! When I feel I cant resist anymore I just try to go to sleep. Funny though I wake up in the morning and I am no longer hungry.0
