What am I doing wrong ...
I am too weak and tired to do the exercise routine I have had set up by a personal trainer. It involves cardio and strength training. Can I do the cardio one day and strength the next? I cant do it all in one day :cry:

Weak nails....
This is a bit off topic but I thought someone would know.. I stopped biting my nails after 23 years..... 6 weeks ago, I had about 5mm of nail and now they are at the tips of my fingers (almost) They are very bendy, weak and peel off. Over 500 calorie sandwich ....
I just put my sandwich in my food diary for lunch and it was over 500 calories, I am shocked and clearly know nothing about food haha What can I have for lunch that does not need cooking? Some days I am at home working, other I am at uni and also weekends home with the kids... Any suggestions would be great thank you.
