Could someone explain how to weigh and input food?
I am planning to buy a good scale. If I make a salad do I weigh each ingredient? Or do I make the salad, input the entire recipe, and then weigh a serving and input the grams of that serving? Is it easy to find most typical foods measured in grams on myfitnesspal? Do you have any tips for weighing foods appropriately? TIA!

Question about retaining water
If you eat a high sodium meal and wake up a few pounds heavier the next day, how long does it take you to drop the pounds on the scale? Just curious because this is my life at the moment! I know it's just water and I'm not worried. Just curious.

Scale up after exercise
Over the last few years I have slowly lost about 30 pounds. I am now at the very high end of my "healthy" weight range. I would like to drop another 25 pounds ideally. I am using myfitnesspal and logging every calorie and bit of exercise. I'm a jogger. I run a few times a week usually. About a week ago I decided that I…
