Hi! I'm a 35 year old teacher/ mom and after a couple of years of building my career, I'm now focusing on rebuilding my health! I would love to add friends who can inspire me or help keep me accountable! I've started a strength/ circuit training program and am changing some bad habits that developed over the past few years. In 2010 I ran a lot! I even crossed a 1/2 marathon off my bucket list. Now I'm more interested in a balanced approach including plenty of stretching, yoga, and strength training. Please add me if you think we might have similar interests or you can offer support!

Sure! Currently I do swimming 3 times a week & just started strength training once a week for the past couple of months & stretching everyday. By the way, I'm 44 years old.0
