major NSV for me!
As of today, I have had a packet of 20 choclate frogs sitting in my fridge for 20 days! I am a chocoholic! The fact that I have not gobbled them all down in one sitting amazes me haha

Yesterday at work, I was cutting up my apple and almonds for my breakfast.. An older lady who I work with says to me: "Oh look whos dieting AGAIN, youll gain it all back AND more in less than a week" I dont understand why people would even bother making comments like that? Is there any benefit?
Is there any benefit to short, but high intensity workouts? I understand that in terms of improving fitness, you want to maintain an increased HR. But in terms of weight loss/burning calories, is there?

Altered perspective

Those people on MFP who have a picture of their perfectly sculpted skinny little bodies who go jumping around on threads critisizing 'bigger' people about how they are losing weight, and dishing out advice like they know everything! WE ARE HERE TO MOTIVATE AND SUPPORT NOT ATTACK! Rant over :)

Weighing every day??
I weigh myself every day, i know a lot of people dont think you should do this, because your weight can fluctuate +/- 1kg per day HOWEVER when I see a small loss it keeps me motivated to keep up my good work, and when I see a small gain it reminds me to try harder.. What does everyone else do?

15lbs/7kgs DOWN (BEFORE AFTER PHOTOS)
So I hope this works. The first photos where taken a month ago, at a friends birthday, I cried when I realised how big I had gotten. 2 weeks ago, I started a diet, and I am 7kgs LIGHTER :) Thought I would share some of my photos :) BEFORE: 108KGS!! MY FACE IS GETTING THINNER!
