ARGHHH!

Its late at night and I feel like binge eating!

But i dont want to because ive been so good for the past 2 weeks!

    Drink some water and while doing so, concentrate on your progress this far - do you really want to mess that up? You have the ability to be in control. Don't let food control you. :flowerforyou:

    Binging obviously isn't good, but eating at night isn't bad. If you think you can control yourself, have a small healthy snack. I hate going to bed hungry! I actually eat most of my calories from the day at night; just because you're asleep doesn't mean your metabolism stops. Try something high in protein to keep you full :D
