It may not seem like alot to some, but I have been stuck at my old weight forever and just didn't feel great. I am now down to my pre-pregnancy weight and I feel amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I discovered that my beloved Mike's Hard Lemonade, is high in calories!!! eeks!!! I generally have about one a week. But it got me to thinking, what are some good 'adult beverages" that are light in calories? mixed drinks? (I am not a beer fan, so light beer is out) Thanks :)

Eating while at an Amusement park
We are headed for vacation which is 3 days at an amusement park. We will be doing lots of walking and swimming. What are the best foods to bring with me, not only to keep my calories down, but keep my energy level up??? So far, I have lots of fruit (grapes, watermelon, banana's) and veggies (carrots, celery sticks). Thanks!

Confused
Since changing my eating, I eat a lot more fruits and veggies. However that is making me very full and leaving me with nearly 500 uneaten calories by the end of the day. (I get 1200 a day and usually add 200-300 with exercise) Should I just leave them? should I try to eat more even though I feel full. Thanks!!

How do I calculate a marinade mix?
I made a Grill mates marinade the packet was 10 calories add water add veg. oil 1/4 cup = 480 (eeks) I marinaded chicken breast for 15 minutes and then grilled them and threw out the mixture, so how much actual mixture do you think is on the chicken?

How to stay in check when you go on vacation or out of town?
I am going away on a girls weekend. I just started my program and am doing well, but am worried about the upcoming trip. It's a 5+ car ride each way (what better way to pass the time than eat) and then we will be shopping and eating out (along with drinks!) eeks!!! How do I balance it all out? work out more the day before?…
