How do I calculate a marinade mix?

I made a Grill mates marinade
the packet was 10 calories
add water
add veg. oil 1/4 cup = 480 (eeks)
I marinaded chicken breast for 15 minutes and then grilled them and threw out the mixture, so how much actual mixture do you think is on the chicken?

Measure the water you put into the maranade. Before you throw out the maranade, measure it. Subtract the remainder from the original, divide the calories of the total by the fraction that's left on the chicken, add that to the calories of the grilled chicken meat.
If there's an easier way, I don't know what it is.0
