Retaining water after a night of drinking
Does anyone else find themselves a few pounds heavier for a few days after drinking? It was my sister in laws Hen Party at the weekend and according to the scale i've gained 4lb after one night of drinking! I've heard people say they're lighter the next day due to dehydration but I always seem to be heavier!

Painful shins
hey guys, i've been doing the 30 day shred, i'm on day 19 now and just started level 3 today, but i've noticed an increase in shin pain particularly in jumping jacks. Do you ever feel guilty if you've eaten for example a chocolate bar, even if you're still in your calorie goal and aren't over in sugar/fat etc?

Annoyed.
I have a habit of weighing myself everyday (bad I know) and on Saturday I was so ecstatic that I'd lost 2lb. Well today it's saying I'm a pound heavier! I've been exercising quite a lot and my water intake on Saturday was awful and on Sunday wasn't the best, do you think it could be water retention?
