Need help changing relationship with food
Hi there, I have always struggled with desserts. I don't drink soda or any sugary drinks, but my main downfall is chocolate, cookies, and lattes. Even if I buy healthy snacks and meal prep/plan out meals, I still find myself at the gas station, vending machine, coffee shop, etc. mindlessly getting desserts. Can someone…

Using coconut oil for beauty and calories?
This may be a dumb question, but I use coconut oil for moisturizing. Someone once told me that if you put something on your skin, like sunscreen, it gets absorbed into the blood stream. Do the calories in the coconut oil end up being calories "consumed", or am I just over thinking this and the calories never really make it…

Suddenly binge eating and getting worse, help

I don't want…

Why am I not losing weight?
I've been doing this for 6 weeks now, and lost weight for the first 3. Now I haven't been losing, and the scale says I've gained back five pounds. I drink LOTS of water. I work out but I do mostly cardio with a little bit of light (5 lb) weight training, so I don't think it could be lots of muscle mass. I am on 1200…

is jogging enough?
I'm still relatively new. I started MFP in Nov, but the holidays ruined me, so now I'm starting all over. I've been going for a week now, and I lost my 2 pounds, as planned, last week, and have 38 to go. I've been running, well, jogging at 5.2 mph off and on for about 45 minutes, and I do burn a lot of calories, but is…
