Suddenly binge eating and getting worse, help

Hi, so I did really well for about two months and lost almost 10 pounds. Exercised, ate right, and I drink a herbalife shake for breakfast. I went on a trip and let myself have some goodies, came back and did good for a week. Over the last 3 days, I've been so hungry I can't stand it, and my hunger was controllable before. Now I am binge eating everything I can and I can't stop. I just ate a whole sleeve of ritz, a can of chicken, and a can of olives, fudge out of the jar, and a bag of jalapeño chips (i know...gross but its what I had!). I also can't stop thinking about chocolate and I had beaten my sugar craving before.
Why is this happening, am I really just in need of food?? How can I stop before it's too late!?

When your hungry, fill up on veggies and drink lots of water. Stick to your previous routine because that was working for you.
Mind over matter.
Sounds like you have just lost focus, so get re-focused on your goals, get fierce about reaching them and start taking forward steps towards them.
- Don't keep unhealthy snacks in the house.
- Drink lots of water
- Eat through out the day, dont let yourself get hungry and feeling desperate so you reach for anything and over eat.
- Prep and plan your meals and your workouts
And most importantly...
THINK POSITIVE. Nothing is wrong with you. You have just hit a small road block on your journey, so take. Step back, evaluate, make a plan and conjure it! You can do it.
