I was doing well for some time. Then all of a sudden all these new rules popped up. And i wasnt eating as much. I was suppose to do a refeed today and all i did was purge most of it up. Losing the last 15...
I am pretty close to my goal weight now. I'm finding it harder and harder every month to keep losing though. I'm currently 128. I want to be 110-115. So about 13-18 more lbs to go. I'm really aiming for a low weight so i can start to build muscles and maybe even out around 115-120. Any tips on how to lose those last 10-15…

For those of you doing this work out, i really gotta know. Can i do these at home? Do i need a bunch of equiptment and stuff? Or can i pretty much do it with just what they provide for me when i order the standard package? I'd like to know before i consider buying this.

Haven't lost weight in over 2 weeks but...
...i noticed my body has changed a lot. My weight hasn't dropped but i notice i'm a lot more toned, maybe even slightly thinner. Is this normal?

The art of eating 4-6 times a day.
They say its best to eat little meals all through out the day. But i personally struggle with it at times. Mainly at night. Because i get hungry in such a short period of time, by the time im in bed im starving again, and its hard for me to sleep. Tips? Tricks? Do you think this system even works?
