I'M SO HAPPY.

I was originally just working out (weights and cardio for a total of maybe an hour). I was lost a pound in the first week and a half. I thought that was normal. But i found this site, and decided to watch what i eat, and try to do more cardio and interval training. I went over my intake more than once, but it still really helped. And I'm finally losing weight at a rate that i'm satisfied with.

;____; It's like a dream come true right now, but i'm afraid of a sudden stop in my weight loss now.

Only 15-20 more lbs to go! Yay!
